Robo Scouts, 10 Girl Scouts from four different troops in Galesburg and Oquawka, Illinois are running on girl power as their motto states. Robo Scouts is one of our many FIRST LEGO League teams and they have been in the news lately for their work in programming a robot and developing solutions to problems.
This team has invented a lamp switch adapter that helps seniors who have decreased dexterity.
These ambitious girls have two goals:
- Find sponsorship to allow them to be a sustainable part of their community
- Patent and promote their invention
