Young Women of Achievement
The Young Women of Achievement Awards recognize outstanding five young women in the Waterloo and Cedar Falls communities. Honorees are young women who have shown outstanding academic achievement, excellence in leadership, and a commitment to our community through service activities. Nominees are not required to be a Girl Scout.
Any woman ages 17-23 living in the Waterloo and Cedar Falls communities who will be attending a high school, college or university during the academic year 2013-2014 are eligible. In addition to academic and personal achievements, the nominee must display outstanding commitment to the community and live within a thirty-mile radius of the Waterloo and Cedar Falls communities.

The deadline for nominations is April 12, 2013.
The recipients will be honored at the Young Women of Achievement reception June 20.
