Big Corn Meets Big Apple: Day 1

Buses, and airplanes, and the metro- oh my!

With an early start this morning, we arrived in Chicago, Illinois eager to make our way to the East Coast. We boarded our flight at 10 a.m. and were off to good old Boston.

Once we arrived at our hotel, we experienced the joy that is metro traveling! Platforms that were 110 degrees, tons of rushing people, and a personal bubble of 1 inch was our method of travel throughout the city. (:

We went to the Prudential Center and rode 50 floors up to the Skywalk for a breathtaking view of beautiful Boston! After many photo ops, we took the metro back to the Fanfill Market to shop. As the night died down, we ate dinner at Cheers and headed back to the hotel for a good night’s rest!

I am just curious if the girls are “minding the Gap”? That was the big thing on the Girl Scout trip to Europe. Have fun and be safe.

  2. Stacey (Kristen's mom) says:

Thank you for the blog. I enjoyed seeing the pictures and reading about your 1st day.
